Will founded BroadArrow in 2016. He is a transportation and logistics executive in both asset and non-asset supply chain platform businesses with over 20 years of industry experience. He is recognized as a Commercial Operations leader who works in partnership with private equity firms on deals that are in various stages of their acquisition life cycle.
Most recently Will served as the Vice President of Sales, North America at Dicom Transportation Group, a private equity owned transportation and logistics company specializing in LTL, parcel, cross-border truckload & brokerage, first/final mile services and freight management. His expertise is in the sourcing of platform enterprises and in transforming strategic acquisitions to build out collaborative logistics services, reduce costs, re-brand and integrate acquired businesses.
Prior to this role, Will was Vice President of Integrated Solutions at Roadrunner Transportation Systems, a publicly traded asset light transportation and logistics service provider of LTL, truckload, transportation management, consolidation, intermodal and global freight forwarding. Will led engagements creating integrated solutions, sales and operations strategies that leveraged the company's portfolio of acquired companies. He also identified, designed and launched a First and Final Mile offering that enhanced the scope of the company’s offering to existing and new customers alike. Earlier in his career, Will served in various executive roles at MIQ Logistics and YRC Worldwide.

David is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in the supply chain, transportation and logistics services industries. He brings a wealth of operational knowledge across a variety of logistics platforms encompassing consolidation, warehousing & replenishment, materials flow, transportation management, LTL/TL, dedicated trucking, network design, and engineering. David is an accomplished operator who understands service metrics and practices / incorporates Lean and Six Sigma based continuous improvement methodologies to enhance the productivity and efficiency of supply chains.
Currently, David is performing operational advisory work in areas of logistics operations and market position enhancements utilizing solution design / modeling and process Improvement techniques with clients. Concurrently he is providing leadership as the President of G4 Logistics International, LLC.
Most recently as Senior Vice Presidents of Operations at Neovia Logistics, David was responsible for their North & Latin American Distribution Services division with over $150M in annualized revenue across multiple industry verticals. Other responsibilities included leading the Transportation Management business in North America to double digit growth on $150M base of business.
Previously, David has held key leadership positions at several third-party logistics providers - MIQ Logistics, Schenker, BAX Global and Fritz Companies - as Vice President of Operations, Solutions Design, Engineering and Business Development, as well as Managing Director of Mexico while domiciled in Mexico City. David has demonstrated his ability to bring effective supply chain and business process solutions to the marketplace. He has proven to build growth momentum by effectively running operations and supporting client initiatives that transform their business landscapes.

Dave is an accomplished senior supply chain executive with over 30 years of leadership
experience in both international and domestic third-party logistics industries. He possesses
broad-based strategic and functional experience including various sales, marketing, operations, financial, product line and infrastructure development responsibilities. He has extensive experience in international ocean and air freight, customs brokerage, origin consolidation, dedicated fleets, transportation brokerage, contract and public warehousing. He has intimate knowledge of all aspects required to start and expand logistics companies and organizations. Dave focuses on consistently delivering exceptional results by using process orientation in setting aggressive goals and high-performance standards and building and motivating strong teams to achieve sales growth, operational excellence and superior financial performance.
Dave is currently providing logistics, operational and financial advisory services for multiple companies to facilitate growth and infrastructure development. He is concurrently acting as a Principal at Global Supply Chain Services, LLC.
He was a founding member and owner of Amware Logistics Services, Inc, Team One Contract Services, LLC and DCT Logistics, Inc. Dave has also held executive positions at Pacer International, MIQ Logistics, American Consolidation Services and Fritz Companies including a 3-year term in Hong Kong with responsibility for sales, marketing and distribution development for the Asia Pacific Region.

Melanie is a transportation and logistics executive with over 25 years of experience in supply chain, transportation and distribution in both the manufacturing and retail sectors. Over her career, she has developed and implemented supply chain solutions for customer fulfillment, network design, systems integration and logistics outsourcing. Melanie has also led strategic sourcing initiatives in truckload, dedicated fleet, LTL, small package, ocean transportation, third party distribution and 3PL management.
Most recently Melanie was VP of Transportation Solutions at HNI Corp. where she was responsible for all aspects of transportation, 3PL management and customs compliance. She led cross functional teams through lean transformation initiatives. Melanie served as the logistics leader to the Executive Steering Committee providing industry and economic direction to executive leadership in the areas of transportation and energy.
Prior to HNI Corp., Melanie held transportation/logistics leadership roles with The Home Depot – in both the West and Northeast Divisions, including project manager for a nationwide crossdock network and urban market fulfillment; Dole Package Foods – international transportation, shipping strategy and forecasting and customs compliance; Specialty Brands; and the Fritz Companies – as a licensed Customs HouseBroker. She has spent her career designing transportation and distribution solutions that provide cost effective solutions while supporting customer needs and requirements.

Sal is Founder and Principal of Lighthouse Advisers LLC, a consulting firm that provides financial and risk management services to public and private companies based in the Northeast.
Sal has more than 25 years of experience with large and small companies with international operations in a variety of industries. He has a proven track record helping them to grow, transform and prosper by financing growth, optimizing risk, improving processes and reducing costs. He is known for insightful analysis and pragmatic planning as well as managing and developing relationships with investment banks, rating agencies, insurance companies, outside advisors, the C-suite and Board. His expertise has been applied to successful M&A transactions worth more than $20 billion.
Sal was Vice President, Treasurer at Warnaco Group, the largest seller of Calvin Klein clothing and accessories in the world. Prior thereto, he was Vice President, Global Treasury at XL Capital, the insurance and reinsurance company and Director, Corporate Finance at AIG. Earlier in his career, Sal was a financial manager at PepsiCo having previously held financial positions of increasing responsibility at Fortune Brands (formerly American Brands), the Fortune 100 consumer products company with business segments in tobacco, spirits, golf, home improvement, office products, and life insurance.

ED SCHULTEK began his career in sales with Johnson & Johnson and in 1983 moved to PepsiCo International. He was responsible for leading several key company-owned and franchised markets in North America as Area Vice President. He transitioned to Frito-Lay/North America, another division of PepsiCo, as Western VP of Sales & Field Marketing. In 1995 Ed transitioned to his third division of PepsiCo where he built and led the first international sales function for PepsiCo International as Senior Vice President of Sales.
After several decades in the corporate world Ed opened in 2005 Sandler Training/PEAK Sales Performance, an authorized Sandler Training Center. Sandler Training utilizes distinctive, non-traditional sales and management methodologies supported by continual reinforcement through ongoing training and individual coaching sessions.
